As a RPA Business analyst, you will become a part of our RPA Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will be qualifying and quantifying automation opportunities through workshops with
business stakeholders
Interact with business stakeholders to conduct high-level assessments to support automation, apply
process improvement methodologies and tools to improve efficiencies, reduce risk and/or increase
standardization
Participate in brainstorming sessions with Solution Architect and Development Coordinator to provide
inputs for robotic process automation solutions

Understand end-user requirements, make recommendations for solutions as needed, work with cross-
functional teams to capture business requirements and perform thorough testing

Prepare and present analysis, methods and results to operational personnel, management team and
technical experts throughout different projects and processes

Whom we are looking for
You are a fit for this role if you have:
Min. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or Computer Science with 4+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of business process modeling, project management, process improvement
Strong analytical mind and skills
Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as and
automated solution
Strong communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex technical matters in
business terms
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Passion and curiosity for new technologies and digital solutions
English minimum - B2
