What you will do

• Drive analysis on projects and important strategic decisions, improving the experience for our driver partners and riders
• Collaborate with stakeholders and develop automated policies
• Write well designed, testable, and efficient code that powers our policies
• Coordinate with other members of the Community Operations team across the Globe to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes

What you will need

• 1-3 years of work experience in Software Engineering
• Outstanding Java Script knowledge with strong SQL proficiency
• Openness to work with remote teams across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge to the team

Tool & Technologies

• Excellent SQL, Javascript Programming/coding skills and JSON data manipulation.
• Knowledge of code management via GIT
• Knowledge of Databases (Vertica, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of GraphQL or Lucid Charts is a plus
