- Design, develop and configure Chatbot and Automation solutions working with business owners understanding the business requirements, documenting the same within the Process Design Document (PDD) and with solution architect and automation lead designing/following the Solution Design Document (SDD)
- Maintain the codes/scripts, process related documentations according to the defined coding standards and best practices delivering the high-quality Chatbot solutions using Microsoft PVA and Azure technologies .
- Experience developing new Power Apps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
- Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods. Ability to develop Power Virtual Agents solutions and development.
- Should have hands on experience on writing complex SQL queries workflows using Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate .
- Work within project plan constraints. Communicating and identifying risks and issues in a proactive manner and ensures the project timelines and deliverable are met as per the expectation.
- Work with internal and external IT developers to maintain and support existing solutions.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 technologies, including a focus on keeping up to date with developing solutions and future roadmap of Microsoft.
Your Background:
- Bachelor s or higher Degree in information systems / computer science or equivalent.
- A minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software/application development, out of which at least 3 years of experience of designing and building solution using Power Apps (Power automate, PVA/Chatbot solutions including Azure AI Builder)
- Experiences working with SAP 4HANA/ Microsoft Azure and Power Automate; Workday etc.
- RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere is an added advantage
- Expert understanding of Power Apps methodologies, Automation opportunity identification and process optimization
- Hands-on experience with SQL, REST APIs, Python, OCR, NLP, AI/ML
- Working knowledge of git, Azure DevOps, Azure Logic Apps. Advance excel skills are preferred too.
- Analytical and solution-based approach combined with business-oriented mindset, with good articulation, facilitation and consensus building skills
- Flexible, able to work independently, build larger business solutions
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment)
