The impact you will have:
- Empower users at scale with simple and engaging technical, implementation and best practices content on Databricks Community
- Develop and implement an incentive program to source user enablement content and encourage development from internal teams
- Develop and maintain a review and approval process for internal content to be optimised for Databricks Community and tagged appropriately
- Provide editorial, communication and SEO expertise and guidance
- Define and implement standards and guidelines that promote quality and consistency
- Establish and maintain an editorial calendar to align with enablement priorities and complement content on Databricks Documentations, Knowledge Base articles, Academy training and Blog
- Collaborate with cross-functional content teams to ensure consistency across content areas and taxonomy
- Track and report on content impact and trends
What we look for:
- 4 years of experience in content curation or content management
- Understanding of big data technologies, such as cloud architecture, Spark, AI, data science, data engineering, ML and more
- Experience with sourcing content and developing a content pipeline from cross-functional teams, including with incentive program
- Identify impactful content and optimize for community readiness
- Excellent writer, editor and communicator with ability to simplify complex content
- Experience with content SEO
- Experience in creating structure and processes that streamline tasks and workstreams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to use data to make decisions
