• Extensive experience and understanding in building deployment for RPA solutions (UiPath).
• Support building automation capability.
• Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues, prepare RCA reports and risks affecting delivery.
• Liaison with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents
• Supports and reviews Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and other metrics to ascertain the appropriate performance of all tickets
• Create maintain scripts needed for Process Monitoring, Dashboards, Run-time resource License optimization

FUNCTIONAL AND ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:-

• Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder contacts.
• Knowledge of the following software: SAP, and Outlook is a plus.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Windows server O/S
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems i.e. remote access tools, Windows Support tools, connectivity tests, etc.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and understand code (Code-competency) for diagnosis, escalations
• Knowledge of ticket management escalation matrix
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with frameworks and Queues.
• Professional experience in SAP automation, Web automation, and Excel automation are essential.
• Experience in SQL and PDF automation is a plus.
• Any UiPath Certificate like UiPath Certified RPA Associate OR UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:-

• Graduation: B. Sc computer science/IT/similar IT-related field.
• Marks / Percentage: minimum 60%
• Language: English
