Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, deploy and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts using VBA and RPA applications.
• Under minimal supervision oversees small to medium sized HRIS projects
• Proposes, develops, tests, implements, and evaluates modifications to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Develops reports and dashboards using Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) and SAP Success Factors reporting tools
• May coordinate and provide user training.

• Experience with Oracle HCM family of products preferred
• Knowledge of Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI)

Required:

• Proficient in procedural based programming (Visual Basic, SQL)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access)
• Strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of RPA programming techniques, preferably in Blue Prism
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, and 2-4 yrs. of related work experience
• Manage projects within timeframes and budgets established
