Job Description
- Must have over all 2 Years of IT Industry experience
- A hands-on technologist with significant experience in automation design and development.
- Expert level abilities automating process using UiPath and IBM RPA
- Ability to understand complex business processes and be able to interpret business requirements and produce functional/technical specifications.
- Good to have experience on other RPA Platforms like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, WDG, etc
- Good to have leadership experience in leading and mentoring small teams
- Good to have hands on experience with Java and Javascript
- Ability to work in a structured environment utilizing source control, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, with a high focus on quality
- Must understand performance improvement & development best practices
- Should have excellent communication skills and experience in communicating with customer to understand requirements and documenting & defining flow
- Must have experience in process analysis
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
