Imbedding within stakeholder teams to understand complex business challenges, opportunities, and industry trends
Partnering closely with business leaders and IA Platform Team(s) to shape the IA product roadmap while optimizing the use of evolving IA capabilities to solve evolving business challenges
Providing thought leadership to pull forward transformational changes enabled by an integrated Intelligent Automation and data strategy
Partnering with and integrating within Global Strategic Programs to maximize the value within ASPAC, while also providing use-cases to be leveraged across regions
Business Requirements
Understanding and analyzing end-to-end business processes while supporting the translation of needs into technical automation solutions
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop high-level business cases for project investments
Delivery Team Lead
Communicating the vision and target outcome to the technical team
Understanding development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements
Providing design and technical guidance and supporting development as needed
Managing the delivery teams capacity and resource allocations based on priorities and task complexity
Understanding the core internal IT products in order to inform IA design
Responsible for ensuring compliance across all delivery and support processes
Continuous improvement and optimization of tools, capabilities, support, and IT processes
Project Management
Responsible for the overall delivery timeline of projects
Verifying scope and acceptance conditions, planning for resources, controlling project execution, coordinating project team activities, and securing additional funding/resourcing as needed
Managing product backlog and product quality
Representing project in management reviews and communicating project status to the business and IT stakeholders
Technology Knowledge Learning Sharing
Ongoing learning of relevant market technologies and seeking opportunities to integrate with business needs e.g., conferences and knowledge groups
Leveraging networks across JJ regions to adopt and/or influence enterprise processes and capabilities
Presenting to various levels of management both in IT and business partner functions
Preparing and facilitating training sessions and/or demos of new capabilities and technologies
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelors degree and above in major of IT discipline related or equivalent
5 years of related experience supporting automation technology deployments: Process Mapping, Feasibility Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and ongoing support
Experience presenting to senior leaders, influencing strategic change, and managing priorities across a matrixed organization
Working experience designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions across a variety of business and technology processes
Hands-On experience with one or more of the following platforms: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate
Experience working in both co-located and virtual teams, as well as in IT Dev/Ops environments
Experience leading technical teams: Managing priorities, balancing resources between operational support and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Experience with a broad set of IA capabilities considered an asset: Process Mining, Task Mining, Conversational AI, Machine Learning
