1. Experience: 7 to 10 years
2. Must have an understanding of Digital Technologies like RPA (Automation Anywhere] OCR
3. Must be able to work with multiple projects across various business units simultaneously
4. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
5. Manage a team of Business Analysts and Lead Business Analysts to
a. Track progress against targets
b. Remove bottlenecks and blockers to achieve progress against defined targets
c. Provide solutions and thought leadership on approach for identification of opportunities to the team members
d. Identify and flag risks and issues
e. Ensure relevant updates are shared regularly with stakeholders at all levels
f. Manage regular Sr. Management and Leadership governance
g. Ensure team is following practices laid out by the COE
h. Manage large number of stakeholders and be required to work with Vendors, Technology, Business Teams and other Stakeholders to support the outcomes
