• Working knowledge of RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc) & Experience in Agile Methodology &Agile Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)  
  
• Basic understanding of Functional Testing to be able to liaise with Quality Testing Team & Business Stakeholders  
  
• Must be comfortable with low-fidelity wireframing and using MS-Visio/ Tools for Process Mapping  
  
• Perform Functional & Sanity Checks to ensure deliverable is as per requirement defined  

Education   - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:  
A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA degree preferred. Certification on RPA BA will be preferred  

IT Skills: Experience as IT business analyst & well verse in Agile SDLC  
activities  
Strong documentation skill is a must - able to capture details highlighted & analyze the same  

People Skills:  
Engagement as a proactive member of the workgroup and team player  
Professional and open communication to all internal and external interfaces  
Accurately report to management in a timely and effective manner  
Work with minimum supervision  

Others:  
Should be flexible, self-driven, detail oriented and shall deliver timely without reminders
