Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to communicate abstract concepts with business stakeholders;
• Ability to coordinate with all levels of the organization to design and deliver technical solutions to business problems.
• Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
• Background in IT architecture
• Experience with RPA design patterns and practices
• Understands the use of design principles and when RPA software is suitable
• Good knowledge of quality standards and best practice.

Experience:

• 3 years of business analyst experience;
• At least 6 months of experience as an analyst building solutions with RPA software
• Agile development experience
• UiPath experience and certification required

Role description:

• Maintain inventory of processes
• Opportunity assessment for RPA
• Identify business requirements
• Analyze business processes
• Propose a plan using RPA
• Provide support to the creation/update of the RPA solution
• Develop and maintain workflow standards
• Support RPA Testing to ensure all requirements are validated
• Coordinate Testing & Record Test Results
