Objectives & Responsibilities:
Innovation and Pre-sales support :
- Engage with client stakeholders to make the business case for the opportunity.
- Work involves client discussions which would lead to scoping exercise.
- Actively role needs to be played in defining the business requirement, documenting the benefits and helping clients build the use case with positive ROI
- Proactively look for improvement to internal operating models through both strategic and tactical change. This needs close engagement with the business teams (operations and account management).
- Help Sales Team with taking new ideas/solutions to clients and support on technical aspects of the proposal. Project experience on any of the new technology implementation is an added advantage for the candidate.
- Complete familiarity with Project Scoping and Estimation Models. Financial acumen to track profitability of each project (new or BAU) and innovation in finding ways to improve margins on existing projects.
Program and Delivery Management :
- Define roadmap and set targets for process improvement and automation initiatives- Reviewed deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents and functional test documents. Complete familiarity with all lifecycle models with experience of delivering across various lifecycle models.
- Background on architecting solutions/ applications is a added advantage- Strong technical background so that the person can play the role of a mentor for the development and testing team.
- Good background on process documentation and knowledge management. Evidence of using tools and processes for Incident and Change Management.
- Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely manner on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flowsTeam Management :
- Create resource plans based on project pipeline- Manage people costs within budget
- Manage recruitment and training of resources
Reporting and Escalation :
- Ensure consistent and meaningful reporting and issue resolution management- Lead discussion around issue resolution (classification of issues, follow ups etc.)
- Act as mediator to resolve issues, can own issues and brings it to closure- Proactively involves key stakeholders and Line management
- Engage stakeholders proactively and coordinate across respective teams sitting in different regions
