Job Description
Responsibilities
• Experience in identifying the key issues, pain-points, fixing the Bot failures.
• Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving support related issues.

• Define, deploy and manage business processes
• Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
• Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues
• Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
• Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools and documenting the automation procedures
• Troubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an effective manner.
• Effort Estimation knowledge
• Process Design and Solution Design
• Define Testing approach for BOTs
• Implementations and deployments
• Client / Onsite team Communication
• Participate in Solution Proposals
• Issue Analysis and Fixing
• Process mining and automation using CelonisFor more experienced Candidates (In addition to above)
• BOT Support (L3 level) and Troubleshooting
• Provide guidance to the team members during the development and testing phase
• Peer review code and test cases
• Good verbal & written communication skills – articulate value of AI to business, project managers & other team members
• Ability to break complex problem into smaller problems and create hypothesis
• Innovation and experimentation
