1. Process Assessment and Improvement:
   • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
   • Propose and design more efficient and scalable "to be" processes using automation technology.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Work closely with stakeholders to review and refine business process workflows, seeking simplification opportunities.
3. Documentation:
   • Create detailed Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Technical Definition Documents (TDD).
   • Co-author and maintain solution design documentation.
4. Code Reviews and Reusability:
   • Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
   • Identify workflow patterns for creating reusable assets within the RPA architecture.
5. Development and Testing:
   • Develop RPA bots and perform necessary bug fixes and corrections based on testing results.
   • Ensure the quality of coded components through thorough unit testing.
6. Compliance and Security:
   • Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures for security and compliance.
7. Bot Maintenance:
   • Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing bots to ensure accuracy in automated business functions.
   • Perform routine reviews to align processes with changing business conditions.
8. Mentoring and Coaching:
   • Mentor and coach RPA early adopters, sharing best practices.
9. RPA Center of Excellence (COE):
   • Participate in the RPA COE and help define and enforce application standards across the RPA platform.
10. Continuous Learning:
    • Pursue knowledge of new technologies and methodologies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors (BSc) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer with a track record of delivering commercially deployed products.
• Prior experience as an RPA Developer.

Requirements and General Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communicator.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, data interpretation, and application implementation.
• Ability to take on multiple roles within the software development lifecycle, including Business Analyst, Developer, and Tester.

Technical Skills:

• Certification and hands-on experience with UiPath. Knowledge of other leading RPA technologies like Automation Anywhere and BluePrism is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VB Script, dot net, Ruby, Java, Angular JS, and REST.
• Intermediate-level SQL and database management skills.
• Ability to design extensible and scalable technical architectures for RPA projects.
• Experience working with Enterprise tools (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, Jira), OCR tools, and Selenium is beneficial.
