Within the first month of joining Vmware, get familiar with the policies and standard guidelines, get acquainted with the RPA CoE family and understand their roles in the project lifecycle, understand the custom UiPath RE-Framework, request and get all system/application level accesses in place.
In 3 to 6 months be actively engaged in the project lifecycle from the requirement gathering stage and start delivering RPA projects for the CoE
In 6 to 12 months, contribute to the CoE knowledge base by creating re-usable components, be up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, explore technologies relevant to intelligent automation and learn and implement them in upcoming projects
You will work closely with RPA core and extended CoE and also interact various Business Units throughout the project life cycle

Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks using UiPath RPA tools/ technology
Develop objects and common libraries, ensuring they are easily maintainable, easy to understand, and reusable.
Ensure quality of designed workflow by performing thorough code reviews, testing and ensuring that configuration control is maintained at all times.
Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process to design the automation solution and documentation of the design
Comply with and help enforce design standards, policies and procedures
Create and document test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support business teams in testing activities, including end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
Report status, issues and risks on a regular basis
Coordinate work effort in partnership with a team of local or remote SMEs (functional / operations) to support the delivery of projects
Play the role of a change agent and constantly seeking, sharing implementing best practices
