RESPONSIBILITIES

At least 3 years of strong experience in RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere 360 as primary skill and any other RPA tools as secondary skill
At least 2 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, SQL, NoSQL, and application development.
Should have Experience on Excel Automation, Email Automation, Database Automation, SAP Integration, Business Applications.
Real time experience in capture commands and keystrokes, Issue resolution and handling.
Real time experience in Error Handling, Exceptional Tasks.
At least 1 or 2 process of implementing the script with IQ BOT and support on the task.

Need to have exposure in scheduling and trigger the BOT.
Good knowledge of automation workflow with logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Responsible in designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization and quality delivery
Responsible in Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues
Should be enthusiastic in configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools

Responsible in documenting the automation procedures.
Graduate in Computer Science or any other equivalent degree.
Need to have Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate verbally with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in support activities is an added advantage.
