Description

• Investigate and design new methods of solution implementation within the scope of RPA
• Evolve the RPA Department standards and procedures to leverage cutting edge technology and modern practices in the RPA industry
• Guide business process teams/functional teams in test case development and process automation testing
• Support business in troubleshooting issues when needed and support the maintenance of deployed Robotic automation processes through ownership of advanced automation processes
• Lead in documenting system flows and creation of functional design documents for a variety of automation solutions
• Lead the technical solution design process and implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering and computer science relevant field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in developing complex Cognitive and Robotic Process Automation with strong experience in RPA development
• Experience and certification with Uipath/Automation Anywhere preferred
• Demonstrated expertise with full life cycle RPA engagements across strategy, design, and implementation
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Scrum /Agile development methodologies
• Solid understanding of business process and document AS IS Process
• Able to identify automation opportunity from AS IS Process
