Experienced in Designing, Developing, Testing and Deployment of Bots using UiPath for web automation, desktop automation, Image/OCR automation, Citrix, Document Understanding and Computer Vision Automation

Skilled in determining RPA best practices and proposing solutions to improve quality and process standards

Hands on experience in building UiPath RPA for various business systems and in managing attended and unattended robot s workload using UiPath Orchestrator

Proficient in working with various version controls like GitHub, Team Foundation server, etc.

Highly proficient and efficient in handling online meetings/calls to demonstrate the capabilities of RPA for on-going projects and prospects

High knowledge in the principles and best practices in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Highly proficient in preparing Process Definition Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD) and Deployment Specification Document (DSD)

Project/Stakeholder Management:

Prepare dashboard for weekly and monthly project status update to stakeholders and management on project progress

Ensure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints

Develop detailed project plans including project dependencies, resource availability and allocation to monitor and track progress

Manage and analyze impact in changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

Measure project success criteria and objectives, performance, KPIs and KRAs using appropriate tools and techniques

Report and manage escalation/incidents by achieving the SLA requirement

Experience in proactive risk assessment, mitigation and management in project delivery

Coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholder engagements to improve the product and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
