Crowe is looking for a Process automation senior developer with the drive to work in an entrepreneurial environment supporting our internal audit teams and large client base in the financial service industry.
The RPA Engineer will work to understand workflow challenges and introduce solutions using robotic process automation tools such as Blue Prism, Microsoft s Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
This individual will be contributing to our Financial Service Consulting practice, while working on various areas including RPA Development and Process Automation for Internal Audit processes. Typical responsibilities include:
Code, test, debug, implement, and document RPA / Process Automation programs
Modify company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user
Research and analyze use of existing systems and program requirements and preparing documentation to change existing programs
Perform data analysis to support internal and external project needs
Design RPA / Process Automation programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs
Write specifications for programs
Resolve routine production support problems
Assist in completion of unit testing by preparing test data, running tests and evaluating results
Develop screen tests, debugging problems and test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs
Create documentation of RPA / Process Automation programs
Conduct routine quality assurance activities
Educate internal resources to obtain RPA / Process Automation skillsets
Qualifications:
Educational and Professional Credentials
Bachelors degree is required, major in Computer Science, MIS, or similar preferred
4+ years of development experience in Blue Prism
1+ years of development experience in MS Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Development experience in any of the following (Python, Java, Swift, C#, C++, JavaScript, SQL,
Ruby, Go, VBA)
Knowledge and experience in Data Science
Remain abreast of and research industry technical trends and new development to maintain current
skills and remain current with industry standards
Business acumen knowledge of financial service industry, products, services, operations, etc.
Technical knowledge in any of the following (SAP, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, JDE; Operating Systems and Databases such as Windows, SQL,iSeries, UNIX, LINUX; Cloud, AWS, Azure)
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment either onsite or at home.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact in a team environment and foster client relationships.
Passion, flexibility and patience to learn new things while improving processes.
Project Management and supervisory experience.
