- Conduct process discovery sessions to build pipeline of potential use cases for automation
- Act as bridge between business process owners and development teams
- Diagram and document the As-Is and To-Be process steps, data flow, process flow or value stream
- Ability to ask the right questions to business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principle for defining To-Be process on target RPA Tool (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism/Power Automate)
- Calculate Automation Benefits and ROI
- Prepare Process Definition Document (PDD) or Requirements Documents for each use case
- Guide the business teams to identify right uses cases for automations
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles in To-Be process
- Coordinate with development teams communicating and clarifying the requirements
- Prepare System Test Scenarios, Test Cases and test the bots
- Support business users in UAT sessions
- Work with US and international development teams
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define industry-leading automations for a wide variety of industries and business groups.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Process Analyst/Consultant for 6+ years
- Minimum 3+ years of experience on Robotic Process Automation projects as process consultant
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Business Analyst certification in any RPA tool
- Experience in Health care, contact center and banking industries
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
AdditionalQualifications
- Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
- Experience in Process Mining practices and Tools like Process Gold or Fortress IQ or any other tool
- Exposure to more than 1 RPA tool - like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism is preferred but not a mandatory
