• Coding and development of Robotic Process Automation using automation tools, workflow systems or other technologies

• Analyze business processes, identify RPA opportunities and recommend technical approach

• Develop standards and best practices for RPA including governance, operating models and solutions

• Design, build, program, test and deploy RPA solutions using CoE methodologies, ensuring a successful solution delivery

• Operational support of new bots and existing bots

• Other duties and projects as assigned

• Coordination with the HQ infrastructure teams

• Ability to learn new programming language required to develop new solutions

• Ability to work independently and remotely in a matrix organization

• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of time

Your qualification

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts

• 2 to 3 years of experience with market leading process automation platforms, such as Blue Prism (preferred), Automation Anywhere, UiPath and deep understanding of technical architecture

• 3 to 5 years of experience with SQL, .NET (C# / VB.NET), XML, JavaScript, HTML or other programming languages

• Knowledge of SDLC process and Agile methodologies

• Ability to partner with different business units to develop solutions

• Experience with document processing using OCR, machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus

• Experience with various IT infrastructure topics (e.g. Azure) is a plus
  Excellent English written and oral communication skills, must be able to communicate technical concepts into business terms
