- Experience on the latest features of Automation Anywhere 360 and AA 11.x version
- Good communication skills for business process alignment and translation of IT requirements.
- 3 year of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts. Good understanding of object-oriented programming Should be from a programming background on any coding language (preferably .Net).
- Build RPA scripts based on provided design conform technical guidelines.
- Good knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL, Optimization, Stored procedures.
- Should have been involved in RPA implementation for at least 10 - 15 automation projects.
- Must be able to grasp business issues and technical problems, and come up with smart, logical solutions. Strong problem-solving capability.
- Certified automation practioner of the RPA tools AA.
- Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
- Effectively communicate status, metrics, and issues on regular basis.
- Work closely with Process SME and OE Team to understand and collaborate in the process, functional design.
- Support design activities based on the tool capability Knowledge.
- Maintain procedural knowledge of guidelines for script development as well as technical knowledge of the systems used.
- Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently, prioritize manage work to meet the critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality. - Report s status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple and concurrent activities.
- Mentoring junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.
