Ramboll is on an exciting automation journey to deliver financial and process efficiencies across the organisation. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Process Developer who likes getting hands-on and has the ability to work with people from different locations, and across cultures and organizational levels.

Your responsibilities as a RPA Developer
You will be part of Data & Analytics Team where you will have the responsibility for developing and delivering automated processes.

Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using Robotic technologies, particularly with UIPath

Designing robotics process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions.

Configuring new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Creating and maintaining solution documentation.

Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

Mentoring colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques

Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of robotics processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

Total 3 + years of IT experience, with atleast 2+ years of experience in RPA

Strong technical skills on UiPath

A relevant degree

Solid background as a Software Developer and within software development

Previous work experience in an international organisation

Excellent communication and analytical skills, qualifying you to understand your stakeholders’ needs and thereby deliver the right solution

An agile mindset and can navigate in a changing and dynamic environment

Having some experience on Power Automate would be beneficial

Fluency in English – written and orally
