• A Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a field that provides a strong foundation for successful performance of the DUTIES in this job description.

• Knowledge in the cloud domain

• 7-9 years of experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development (Python, Java or .Net).

• 5+ years of experience working with development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega.

• 3+ years of experience in leading and coaching a development team

• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, business and technical requirements and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Energetic and passionate to learn new things

• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in the cloud domain

• Experience in JIRA, Service-now and Confluence tools

• Experience with Agile Methodologies and its use in project management
