Software Engineer II

Job Description

The role will focus on accelerating process automation, drive process and service improvements, building framework and platform for hyper-automation, and enabling the delivery of capacity.

Responsibilities

Creating end to end workflows with automation solutions
Building framework, platform / libraries / components as applicable.
Leveraging OCR/ ICR/ RPA Client techniques or similar to ensure transformation to hyper-automation
Adhering to automation best practices and error handling techniques
Enable/drive and support workflow orchestration, and integration efforts whilst enabling systemic automation along with effective data management
Coordinate with engineering and business teams to build and scale process automation and KPIs

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

B. Tech in engineering or Computer science or applicable background
5+ year of experience in enterprise process engineering in engineering program management, and Infrastructure deployment operations
1+ year of experience with the Power Platform products (Power Automate, Power Apps; Data verse, Power Virtual Agents and Power BI is a bonus)
Strong knowledge of Automation technologies in the marketplace and maturity models
2+ Years of experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, VB Script, C#, .NET, Java)
Experience in developing and consuming APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of automation tools like workflow automation, low code/no code development, Integration and RPA/ BPA and document processing.
1+ year of experience in RPA development, deployment, and maintenance
Demonstrable Experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms - such as Automation Anywhere or UIPath essential
Data analysis/presentation: SQL or equivalent DB experience.
Excellent analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes is plus. Possess datacentre operations experience
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Demonstrated technical/process problem solving with the ability to understand ambiguity and drive outcomes

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
