Has delivered at least 5 automations within a business environment using the above tools. Has experience of business analysis, preferably in a business facing process analysis role. Certified in Blue Prism and UiPath Typically 4 to 5 years exp in BPO / Contact center environment.
First point of contact for client engagement / escalation management
Identify and work towards improvements projects resulting in process efficiencies
Continuously drive process and quality improvements across the team
Design technical specifications for RPA that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements
Drive E2E automation journey - Ideation, Development and Deployment
Good communication skills to help understand and map out business processes.
Experience of producing Process Description Documentation
Thinks of solutions to solve problems and improve processes, not just look to automate as is processes.
Experience of testing methodologies in relation to RPA technologies
Should take responsibility for the Robotics solution delivery
Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient.
Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
Lead the UiPath product lifecycle management including release planning, knowledge creation, used case documentation, product launch and post go-live support.
Experience of developing end to end automations using low code open source BPM technologies
Experience of using APIs to connect to data sources
Good stakeholder management.
Certifications
RPA UI Path UiRPA & Blue Prism AD01 and APD01 certification preferred.
RPA UI Path UiARD & Blue Prism ASD01 certification would be an added advantage.
Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to green belt level
