The SQA Engineer will be responsible for automating tests for Salesforce application using Provar. Create customized test automation solutions based on the requirements. At Align, this role will help design, build, execute and maintain a comprehensive testing process.
In this role, you will
- Create test plans and test case using test case management system.
- Execute test automation for Salesforce applications using Provar.
- Develop scripts to run automated tests.
- Plan, design and enhance automation test framework.
- Perform both manual and automation tests.
- Validate code changes against existing test suites.
- Verify that fixes for defects and new features work as expected and do not cause regressions in affected areas.
- Perform automated API level testing.
- Support Developers as well as Functional SQA team members to automate test cases.
In this role, you ll need
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- Overall, 8+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Experience developing Automated Testing for Salesforce Applications using Provar or Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL Query scripting.
- Experience of test automation using Java, Selenium.
- Solid experience with designing automation framework.
- Experience with version control system such as Git is a big plus.
- Good working knowledge on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce concepts including Roles, Profiles, Workflows, process builders, Reports.
- Experience with testing data-driven flows through API integration.
- Knowledge on Agile Methodology Software Testing Lifecycle including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases (Manual) and Defect Reports.
- Experience with test methodologies and use of test management tools like JIRA.
- Experience in creating test plan, test cases and engineering best practices related to software test engineering, both manual and automated testing.
- Solid experience with designing automation framework.
- Experience with Build Management, Software Configuration Management, Change Management, and Release Management activities.
