Design & development of new system as per RFP.
requirement gathering, process dscovery, RPA development and PDD and other technical documentation.
Provide support on existing systems and regular health checks of systems, view error log and trouble shoot errors proactively.
Resolution of trouble tickets as per SLA and provide root cause analysis for high severity tickets.

Development of business applications (Web application,Client-server)
Change Request management which includes client interaction, requirement gathering, technical document preparation, impact analysis, design and development, unit & integrating testing, deployment
Incident Management
Problem Analysis and RCA for every major ticket
