Team Leader - RPA

Job Description

As a Team lead, you will develop a team to drive continuous development of low-code automation solutions to comply with the Digital Excellence strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and executing projects.

You will be responsible to lead a team and manage the team by hiring the right talent and develop the internal talent as well to further collaborate with business.

Assess automation opportunities and translate them back to developers

Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes identified for automation

Assess change requests and feasibility of implementation

Support Manager in driving automation program within Finance GBS

Establish and manage the Knowledge Base for Automation and other digitalisation projects

Reporting of RPA logs for all ongoing automations

Assist in Citizen Developer and branding programs Develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified automation solutions

Coordinate with Global IT SAP team and Intelligent Automation CoE team for creation and maintenance of BOTs

Touch point with RPA Service support for all the technical issue handling

Support the automation head in to manage accesses, RPA licenses and BOT credentials

You will also be responsible in exploring and driving POCs within RPA area

Qualifications & Experience

You hold a bachelor s degree with minimum 8 years of experience or master s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in digital projects, RPA or application development and experience in leading project team
